Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta
  • 2 tbsp Agni Garlic Pickle, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp desi ghee
  • ½ cup cooking cream
  • ¼ cup reserved pasta water
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 2 tbsp grated cheese, optional

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions and reserve ¼ cup pasta water.
  2. Warm the desi ghee and Agni Garlic Pickle in a pan for 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in the cooking cream and reserved pasta water.
  4. Add the baby spinach and cooked pasta.
  5. Toss until the pasta is evenly coated and the spinach has softened.
  6. Top with grated cheese if desired.
