Where can I purchase Agni Pickles?
Agni Pickles are available across Ontario through our online store.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes, we provide local delivery within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) for a flat delivery fee of $15. Free delivery may apply during select promotions or on qualifying orders.
When will my order arrive?
Most local deliveries are completed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. If no one is available at the delivery address, your order may be safely left at your doorstep unless otherwise requested.

Is local pickup available?
Yes, free local pickup is available from the following locations:
• Bolton (Hwy 50 & King)
• Brampton (Hwy 50 & Castlemore Rd)
Do you deliver outside the GTA?
Currently, Agni Pickles delivers across Ontario. Delivery availability outside the GTA may vary depending on the location.
Is same-day delivery available?
Same-day delivery may be available for select GTA locations depending on order timing and availability. Please contact us before placing your order for urgent requests.
Can I track my order?
Yes, tracking details will be provided once your order has been processed or dispatched.
What happens if my order is delayed?
While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, traffic, or courier issues. If your order is delayed, our team will keep you informed.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
Can I change my delivery address?
Unfortunately, we cannot modify delivery addresses once an order has been placed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and secure online payment methods available during checkout.
Can I gift Agni Pickles to someone?
Yes. Agni Pickles makes a thoughtful gift for food lovers, families, and special occasions. You may also include a custom note with your order upon request.
Do you offer subscription boxes?
Subscription boxes are not currently available, but we may introduce seasonal bundles, combo packs, and loyalty member offers in the future.
Are you offering any promotions currently?

Are your products vegan?
Yes, all Agni Pickles products are 100% plant-based.
Are your products gluten-free?
Some products containing asafoetida (hing) may include refined wheat flour as a carrier ingredient. We recommend reviewing the ingredient and allergen information on each product before purchasing.
Are your pickles nut-free?
Most Agni Pickles products do not contain nuts; however, they are prepared in a kitchen where cross-contact with allergens may be possible. Please review the ingredient and allergen information on each product before purchasing.
Do your products contain preservatives or additives?
No. Our products are made without preservatives, artificial colours, artificial flavours, or acid regulators.
Are your products made in small batches?
Yes. Small-batch production helps us maintain authentic flavour, freshness, and handcrafted quality.
What oils and spices do you use?
We use premium oils, authentic Indian spices, and carefully selected ingredients traditionally used in Punjabi pickling.
Which pickle is the spiciest?
Our spice levels vary by product. Green Chilli & Ginger Pickle and Artisan Chilli Oil are among our spicier offerings.
Which pickle is best for beginners?
Sweet Lime Pickle and Tamarind Chutney are excellent starting options for customers who prefer milder or balanced sweet-and-tangy flavours.

Do your products contain garlic or onion?

Storage & Shelf Life
Do your products need refrigeration?
Once opened, we recommend refrigerating your pickle to maintain freshness and flavour. Always ensure the pickle remains covered in oil when applicable.
Unopened jars may be stored at room temperature for up to 12 months from the production date.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Each jar includes a best-before date of 12 months from the production date printed on the packaging.
How long do your pickles last after opening?
For best quality and flavour, consume within a few months after opening while following proper storage practices.
How should I store the jar for maximum freshness?
Store unopened jars in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After opening, refrigerate and always use a clean, dry spoon.
Why is there oil at the top of the jar?
Oil separation is completely natural and helps preserve freshness and flavour using traditional pickling methods.
Is it normal for colour or texture to vary slightly?
Yes. Since our products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients, slight variations in colour, spice level, and texture are normal.
Can I use the pickle oil in cooking?
Absolutely. Pickle oil can be used to enhance curries, marinades, vegetables, noodles, rice, sandwiches, and other dishes with bold flavour.

Returns & Support
What happens if my jar arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Agni Pickles ships within Ontario only.
