We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Local Delivery — GTA

$15 delivery fee on orders under $100

FREE local delivery on orders over $100 within eligible GTA delivery zones

Orders shipped outside the GTA are subject to additional courier charges based on destination.
Product Storage & Food Safety
Our products are made using traditional methods and natural ingredients.
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients before consumption, especially in cases of allergies or dietary restrictions.
Products should be stored as instructed on the packaging, including refrigeration after opening where applicable. Improper storage may affect product quality.
