The Agni Rewards Program is designed to reward customers for engaging with Agni Pickles and exploring our handcrafted products.
By participating in the Agni Rewards Program, customers agree to the following terms:
Earning Agni Points
Customers may earn Agni Points through eligible actions including, but not limited to:

Making purchases

Referring friends

Leaving reviews

Birthday rewards

Participating in special promotions

Completing the Agni Passport experience
Agni Pickles reserves the right to modify eligible earning activities at any time.
Agni Passport Reward
The Agni Passport is a long-term flavour discovery reward experience.
Customers who purchase 8 different & eligible Agni products across our pickles, chutneys, oils, and future qualifying collections may become eligible for the Agni Passport reward bonus.
Important Notes:

The Agni Passport reward is manually reviewed and approved by the Agni team.

Purchases may occur over any timeframe unless otherwise stated.

Only qualifying products count toward Passport completion.

Duplicate purchases of the same product may not count as additional Passport progress.

Agni Pickles reserves the right to verify order history before approving Passport rewards.
Manual Approval Rewards
Certain rewards and bonus points may require manual verification and approval by the Agni team before points are added to a customer account.
Referral Rewards
Referral rewards may only be issued for legitimate referrals resulting in qualifying purchases. Self-referrals or fraudulent activity may result in disqualification.
Reviews & User Content
Customers submitting reviews, photos, or testimonials grant Agni Pickles permission to display such content for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.
Reward Point Value
Agni Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
Expiration & Modifications
Agni Pickles reserves the right to:

modify point values

update reward structures
-
change qualifying conditions
-
cancel rewards
-
suspend accounts involved in abuse or fraudulent activity
with or without prior notice.
Program Abuse
Any misuse, manipulation, abuse, or fraudulent activity related to the rewards program may result in:

removal of points
-
cancellation of rewards
-
suspension from the program
